Elliot Dennis

Elliot has completed transactions in excess of $205,000,000 in aggregate value and is experienced representing healthcare tenants across the spectrum of specialties including dermatology, dentistry, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, OBGYN, and primary care among others. In addition, he has represented Article 28 surgery centers, healthcare imaging centers (MRI), and institutional hospital systems.

Prior to founding Dennis Healthcare, Elliot spent 5 years with the Wexler Healthcare Properties Team at The Corcoran Group where he was assigned to represent 800,000 RSF of healthcare properties on behalf of owners in New York City.

He is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York (YMWREA), Healthcare Leaders of New York (HLNY), and The Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP).

Elliot graduated from the University of Richmond and was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team.
